Interpretation
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Account means a unique user account created by You to access the Service or parts of the Service.
- Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
- Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to PTE and CCL Training Center Ltd., 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
- Content refers to all digital materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, videos, live sessions, recorded lessons, study materials, feedback and assessment, and written resources related to PTE Academic, PTE Core, and NAATI CCL professional courses.
- Device means any electronic device capable of accessing the Service, including a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- Service refers solely to the Website and the online services provided through it.
- Website refers to PTE & CCL Training Center, accessible at https://www.pteandcclcenter.com
- You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern Your access to and use of the Service and constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Service.
You confirm that You are at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Online Training Services
The Company provides online-only educational services, including:
- Live online training courses
- On-demand (recorded) courses
- Digital study materials and learning resources
No physical goods, printed materials, or downloadable ownership rights are provided as part of the Service.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule live sessions or change instructors due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical emergencies). In such events, the Company will provide a makeup session. Such changes are not considered a breach of contract and do not entitle the User to a refund.
Technical Requirements and User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that You have a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and appropriate software required to access the Service, including live sessions and recorded course materials.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any inability to access the Service due to technical issues beyond its control, including but not limited to internet outages, device incompatibility, browser limitations, software malfunctions, or third-party service failures.
Pre-Course Testing
You are responsible for testing your hardware and software compatibility prior to the commencement of any live or recorded session. Technical failure on the part of the User—including but not limited to microphone issues, slow internet, or software updates—does not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or a free session retake.
Payments
All courses and subscriptions require full payment in advance.
Payments may be made through available online payment methods displayed on the Website. All payments are subject to validation and authorization by the relevant payment provider.
The Company is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars ($ AUD) unless otherwise specified. The User is responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transaction charges applied by their bank or card issuer.
Any attempt to initiate a dispute or chargeback through a bank or payment provider without first contacting the Company for a resolution shall be considered a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate Your Account and blacklist You from all future Services.
By accessing the Service or attending a live session, You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that You waive any statutory "cooling-off" period (including those under UK Consumer Contract Regulations) once the Service has been accessed or 24 hours have passed since registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, strict cancellation and refund conditions apply.
Eligibility for Cancellation and Refund
A cancellation and refund request will be considered only if:
- The request is submitted within 24 hours of registration or fee payment; AND
- In the case of live courses, the request is submitted before the course start date and time.
Non-Refundable Situations
A refund or cancellation will be strictly denied if any one of the following conditions occurs:
- More than 24 hours have passed since the time of registration or fee payment.
- A live course has already started, regardless of your attendance or participation.
- Any part of the course content—including live sessions, recorded lessons, or digital study materials—has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.
- The participant fails to attend sessions due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or technical failures on the user’s end (e.g., poor internet, hardware/software incompatibility).
- The participant fails to achieve a specific score or desired result in the official PTE Academic, PTE Core, or NAATI CCL exams.
- The course was purchased during a sale, as part of a bundle, or using a promotional discount code.
- Your Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, such as unauthorized account sharing or violations of the Code of Conduct.
- Pearson PTE or NAATI makes updates to their exam formats, scoring criteria, or testing availability after your purchase.
Refund Processing and Administrative Fees
In cases where a refund is approved by the Company:
- Administrative Fee: A non-refundable administrative fee of $75 AUD will be deducted from the full course fee before the remaining balance is issued.
- Extensions: Any refunds related to extension fees will be calculated and deducted on a pro-rata basis, in addition to applicable administrative costs.
All refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of the Company, subject to these Terms.
User Accounts
When creating an Account, You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and for all activities carried out under Your Account.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
User Accounts Fair Use and Account Sharing
Each Account is intended for use by a single registered individual only. Account sharing, transferring access, or allowing multiple users to access the Service through one Account is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and, where misuse is suspected, suspend or terminate the Account without prior notice and without entitlement to any refund.
The Company reserves the right to take direct legal action, including pursuing claims for financial damages and seeking injunctive relief, against any User who violates these conditions by sharing account credentials, or by copying, recording, reproducing, or publishing any Content from the Service. Any unauthorized distribution of course materials is a violation of international copyright laws, and the Company will cooperate with relevant authorities and legal counsel to prosecute such violations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Code of Conduct
You agree to behave professionally and respectfully during all live sessions and in any community forums. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassing, abusing, or insulting instructors or other students.
- Using offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory language.
- Disrupting the flow of a live lesson with irrelevant or repetitive content.
The Company reserves the right to remove You from a live session or terminate Your Account without a refund if You violate this Code of Conduct.
Official Communication
All official communications, notices, policy updates, and important information relating to the Service shall be provided through the Website or sent to the email address registered with Your Account.
Informal communications through social media platforms, messaging applications, or third-party channels shall not be considered official or legally binding unless confirmed in writing by the Company through its official channels.
Course Content and Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, recordings, written content, live session materials, and study resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may access course materials solely for personal study purposes.
You may not:
- Download, record, copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials
- Grant access to any third party
- Use the materials for commercial or competitive purposes
Any violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Course Access Validity
- Live courses: Course materials and recordings remain accessible for six (6) months from the course start date, unless specified otherwise on course details.
- On-demand courses: Access remains valid for three (3) months from the date of subscription, unless specified otherwise on course details.
- Access to course materials expires automatically at the end of the specified access period. The Company does not provide automatic or free extensions.
- Paid access extensions are available only to candidates who registered on or after 1 January 2025, subject to availability and payment of the applicable fee. Extension options may include 15-day, 30-day, or full-duration access, as determined by the Company.
- All extensions are granted at the Company’s discretion and become non-refundable once activated.
Testimonials and Marketing Use
By submitting reviews, testimonials, feedback, or success stories related to the Service, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such content for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes, including on the Website and official marketing channels.
No personally identifiable information, apart from the first name, will be used without Your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Company in writing.
If You submit or post content through the Service, You grant the Company a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to use and display such content within the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate Your Account immediately, without notice, if You breach these Terms.
Upon termination, all access to the Service will cease, and no refunds will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by You to the Company for the specific course or subscription giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
The Company does not guarantee specific exam results, scores, migration outcomes, or academic success.
The Company provides training based on the current known formats of the PTE Academic, PTE Core, and NAATI CCL exams. We are not responsible for sudden changes made by Pearson PTE or NAATI regarding exam structures, scoring algorithms, or passing requirements. Our materials are for preparation purposes and do not guarantee alignment with future, unannounced exam updates.
Every student's learning capacity is different. The Company provides the tools and methods, but the final exam result depends entirely on the student's performance on the day of the test. The Company is not liable for any costs associated with re-booking exams resulting from exam scores.
Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
